The hundreds of kilometres of trails, lanes and forest roads are ideal for a wide variety of excursions in the region. The hotel offers an ideal base for bikers (cyclists and motor bikers alike) with some of the most interesting biking routes in the South of France. With both well recognised and slightly more obscure walkways through the Pyrenees, ramblers are well catered for. Guides are available to take parties higher into the mountains where overnight stopovers can be arranged in refuges and small inns.

Fishing is regulated in all streams, rivers, reservoirs and lakes throughout the area with licenses and daily permits being issued at established points by the two hunting and fishing associations.

Other activities include mountain climbing, horse riding, paragliding, mountain biking, archery, rafting, kayaking and canyoning descents.
